AASHTOWare Project is KDOT’s construction management system (CMS). It manages information and data throughout a project’s lifecycle, from cost estimation to construction and material management and data collection.
Contractors must use AASHTOWare to submit payroll and subcontractor payments. Paper forms are not accepted.

New User Requests
- For contractors in the KDOT system: Complete the AASHTOWare Project User Request Form and either click the SUBMIT button on the form or email it to KDOT.AWP.Admin@ks.gov.
- For new contractors not currently in the KDOT vendor system: Complete the New Vendor Request Form.
