KDOT’s Special Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) launches four annual campaigns in partnership with local and state agencies to increase seat belt use and enforce impaired and distracted driving laws.  The campaigns are timed around the holidays of Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
