The Impaired Driving Deterrence Program (IDDP) is a reimbursement grant program to help municipalities and counties enforce Kansas impaired driving laws. The reimbursements support overtime traffic enforcement activities consisting of deploying extra police patrol cars to specific roads at designated times to identify and arrest impaired drivers, along with setting up DUI checkpoints.
