The Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) funds projects designed to reduce transportation-related carbon emissions such as alternative fuel vehicles and public transit. The program includes development and implementation of a carbon reduction strategy called the Transportation Emissions Reduction Strategy.

- Public transit entities
- Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs)
Eligible Uses
- Deployment of alternative fuel vehicles
- Bicycle and pedestrian or other non-motorized transportation facilities
- Public transit
- Establish or operate a traffic monitoring & management program or facility
- Projects designed to reduce environmental and community impacts of freight movement
