1. Visit the Kansas Register website. 
2. Scroll down to “Register Search.” 
3. Search for “Notice to Consulting.” 
4. Review the list of notices and select any notice of interest. 
5. Print the notice by selecting the printer icon in the upper right corner, if desired. 

KDOT uses Bid Express® for all design and consulting services RFPs. Here’s how to get started:

1. Sign up for a FREE vendor account on Bid Express®. “Vendor” is the term Bid Express® uses and, when KDOT is discussing Bid Express®, it should be generally understood to mean “Consultant.”
2. Each individual who wants to see KDOT RFPs needs their own account (it is not a single account for each company).
3. Enable “follower notifications” from KDOT’s Bid Express® landing page to receive notifications when a solicitation is advertised, addenda (including Q&A) are issued, and if an advertisement is withdrawn.

Note: KDOT covers the cost of using Bid Express®, so signing up and responding to KDOT RFQs or RFPs is free.

Consultants must submit the following with every proposal:

1. Special Attachment No. 8 (Tax Clearance Certificate): Obtain a current Tax Clearance Certificate from the Kansas Department of Revenue. Apply online and allow time for processing.
2. Special Attachment No. 10 (Policy Regarding Sexual Harassment).
