The Office of Chief Counsel advises and provides guidance to KDOT leadership and other KDOT employees on legal matters that involve the agency. The Office of Chief Counsel works closely with all KDOT divisions to facilitate effective decision-making and support transportation projects and initiatives that are aligned with KDOT’s purpose to deliver transportation that keeps Kansans moving forward.
