Work is expected to begin around Monday, Sept. 26, to repair a bridge over U.S. 54/U.S. 400 in Butler County.
The Kansas Department of Transportation project will repair the Haverhill Road bridge over U.S. 54/U.S. 400 east of Augusta.
During the project, eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
The work is expected to be completed by Oct 14.
PBX Corp. & Subsidiary, of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, is the prime contractor for the $34,842 project.
