Traffic is expected to be restricted on south U.S. 77 (South Summit) at Arkansas City during the morning hours of Thursday, Aug. 31.

The traffic restriction will allow for a training exercise involving the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Traffic could be temporarily halted during the exercise.
